in the Phoenix & Tucson areas vary seasonally as follows...
* Note - Prices vary based primarily on location, amenities, and the overall age and condition of the property.
For Studios, average rates in most of the "better" properties range from $1400-$1800 in spring/summer, and about $1700-$2100 in fall/winter.
For One Bedrooms, average rates in most of the "better" properties range from $1800-$2300 in spring/summer, and about $2300-$2800 in fall/winter.
For Two Bedrooms, average rates in most of the "better" properties range from $2200-$2700 in spring/summer, and about $2700-$3200 in fall/winter.
For Three Bedrooms, average rates in most of the "better" properties range from $2500-$2900 in spring/summer, and about $3000-$3600 in fall/winter.
**Note: There are also some older, more modest type properties (in less centralized metro areas & some suburban areas), where rates can run as much as 30% - 40% lower than above examples, but most suppliers in our network specialize mainly in “prime” areas.
